I am a software engineer with superior customer service skills currently training in ServiceNow Administrator and Salesforce Developer roles. I am experienced using web technologies to design, develop, and manage web applications that meet users' needs. I am seeking customer success roles within an innovative organization that values data-driven storytelling in making strategic and operational decisions.

I was born in New York City and grew up in High Point, North Carolina. I served four years as a Network Communications specialist in the United States Army, have a Bachelor in Science in Information Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and studied Software Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin.

I have studied Spanish in Argentina, swam inside an extinct volcano in Costa Rica, played the drums on stage in front of two thousand people, jumped from a plane at 10,000 feet, and completed two full marathons.

I enjoy exercising, cooking, hiking, camping, music, and photography.
